Just a brief note to say thanks for everything you have taught me and all your dedicated work & commitment to making my new home a success. The journey was quite an adventure, however the destination is rewarding. My back yard with the ball field & park is always an enjoyment. I finally am getting my move completed. Thanks again and I hope we could do this again. Your patience & reassurance that everything was going to turn out in your quiet and calm ways definitely put me at ease. I appreciated greatly all the work!

Outstanding service and advice first started with Barry George, who assisted us with the design of our home. Barry's creative input helped achieve great satisfaction in our finished home. We are extremely pleased with the fact that our careful planning with Barry has meant that we would not change or alter any of the design in our home today, which is exceptional. Guests to our home compliment us on the design and layout each and every visit.
We would also like to forward a gracious compliment to the entire staff. Everyone was outstanding throughout the building process and follow up. The Gilroy Team was able to answer every question promptly and satisfied every request in an efficient and timely manner. Linda has also been excellent to work with and she has taken good care of us. The other person that deserves a compliment is Laura. She is always courteous, friendly and helpful. There are also a few trades we would like to mention as they have gone out of their way to assist us, gave us options, provided us with advice, and made sure that we are pleased with their work. They are the following: Dean (painting), Don and Tim (hardwood floor and carpentry), Jeff (cabinetry for Kitchen Craft), and Larry (Larry's Sheetmetal).
Terry, when we decided to choose a homebuilder we took the time to visit your website. The key factor in our decision was your statement that your company is dedicated to understanding the needs of your clients, to provide professional service, superb craftsmanship, and ensure satisfaction. Dear Bill:
Gilroy Homes have been excellent to work with from design through to construction completion. The workmanship and responsiveness from the "trades" has been very good. Our sales representative has been most accommodating and has conscientiously insured that "small" details are followed up.
Given this was our first new home construction, we were pleasantly surprised how painless the process could be, which in the end is a tribute to the builder - Gilroy Homes.

Building our house while out of province has been hard for us. We have always been able to pop by any house we're building on a daily basis to watch the progress and quickly catch anything we may have forgotten. I just know that when we move in there are going to be moments where we say "Damn...we forgot to do that!" Oh well, such is life.
Over the course of this build we have gotten to know all of you and some of the people that work with or for you. We have been impressed with everyone. We feel the house is in good hands. Because of your forward thinking and helpful suggestions, i think the "Damn...we forgot to do that!" will be minimal.
